🕒 Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Returned items must include proof of purchase.
• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective. If eligible, a prepaid return label may be provided.
